Path to Life began its operations in 2000 as a community outreach effort to assist mothers in crisis pregnancy.  Soon renovations began for a maternity residence and in 2002 Hope Home opened its doors and welcomed its first resident.  From 2002 to 2008 Hope Home provided accommodations to over 70 women.  In 2009, the organization temporarily ceased operations to reorganize as an independent non-profit agency.

In 2011, Path to Life resumed operations under the direction of three Sisters of Notre Dame and in 2012 Hope Home reopened its doors.  Through collaboration with local organizations and community resources, Path to Life is able to offer hope to women in crisis pregnancy.

Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing, non-judgmental environment that is physically, emotionally and spiritually supportive for single pregnant women in need. 

Our goal is to empower single pregnant women who lack the resources and support to cope with their unexpected pregnancies by providing assistance with housing, medical and material assistance along with educational opportunities, prenatal care, cousseling and support, and/or adoption opportunities in a safe, positive and loving environment.

Our programs are designed to encourage responsibility, build self-esteem and promote development of the practical skills necessary for healthy daily living.

Our maternity housing is a great option for expectant mothers ages 18 and over who wish to make a decision regarding their future as well as the future of their unborn child, without the pressure that can come from friends and family who may not be supportive.
